This exhibition (2011/09/12-17) by Uno Kazuyuki (宇野和幸) at
Gallery Kobo (巷房) consisted of large
nihonga prints in the style you can see in the following photos. The process employed is a kind of paper offset printing where prints from a toner-based printer (not ink) have thinner applied (to dissolve the plastic-based toner) and then the paper is applied to another sheet of paper, transferring the toner in the process. There were several other interesting details, such as the angle of the artwork being synchronized, etc.
この展示会は、紙版の和紙の絵でした。 作り方は、トナーのプリンタにシンナーをかけて、そして、その紙を新しい紙に載せると、紙版の印刷が出来るだそうです。
